Former Alabama OT Kadyn Proctor commits to Iowa out of transfer portal


Former Alabama football offensive tackle Kadyn Proctor is on the way back to his home state. Proctor committed to Iowa out of the transfer portal on Saturday. Proctor announced the news on his social media, alongside Hayes Fawcett of On3 Sports. He had started every game at left tackle for the Crimson Tide in 2023. The 6-foot-7, 360-pound Proctor had been committed to the Hawkeyes during his recruitment, before flipping to the Crimson Tide. He was a five-star prospect in the class of 2023 out of Southeast Polk. As a true freshman, Proctor competed for the starting job along with Elijah Pritchett.
