COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State’s worst nightmare came true last night when Michigan beat Washington to win a national title. The Buckeyes’ season had long been over having ended with a loss in Dallas while adding insult to injury in yet another year of falling short of their goals. Meanwhile, the Wolverines came to Texas two weeks later using a trip to Houston to put the finishing touches on a season filled with storylines around their program. If you are an OSU fan, Monday night hurt and there’s no way to sugarcoat it.
