COLUMBUS, Ohio — Once Ohio State football’s absence from the College Football Playoff was assured, two questions remained. Which bowl game would the Buckeyes play in, and which Buckeyes would actually play in it? Ohio State found out Sunday afternoon it will play Missouri in the Cotton Bowl, on Dec. 29 at 8 p.m. The second question — which stars will opt out of the bowl to minimize the injury risk and begin preparing for the NFL Draft process — will become clearer in the coming days and weeks.
