COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State’s defense continues to string together quality games and its performance in a 37-17 win over Maryland may have been its best while being led by its most-verteran player. It may have taken some time, but Josh Proctor has finally turned into the player most expected him to be when he arrived as a top 100 recruit in 2018 as the first Oklahoma native to come to Columbus. His play in the win over the Terrapins provided consistent shifts in momentum for the Buckeyes while the offensive figured things out.
