COLUMBUS, Ohio — Denzel Burke spent a ton of time this offseason talking about how he took a professional approach to his training and now the third-year Ohio State cornerback is seeing the fruits of his labor. In four games Burke has recorded five pass breakups to go along with an impressive interception that helped end a 19-game drought for cornerbacks. Every week he’s built on that success checking off any questions you might still have about a player that once surprisingly won a job as a true freshman. Wins against Indiana and Youngstown State showed he was willing to be physical and make tackles around the line of scrimmage.
