ANN ARBOR — Like millions of others, Jim Harbaugh watched the top-10 matchup between Ohio State and Notre Dame on Saturday night, won by Ohio State 17-14 on a last-second touchdown. The Buckeyes improved to 4-0, just like Michigan had done earlier in the day, and moved up to No. 4 in Monday’s AP poll (Michigan is 2).
