AP Top 25: Where is Ohio State football in the Week 3 college rankings?


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football keeps slipping in the top five of the AP Top 25 poll, while other programs’ marquee wins push them up the college rankings. The Buckeyes dropped one spot to No. 6 after Saturday’s 35-7 victory over FCS program Youngstown State. While that victory came short on style points, OSU was also nudged aside by Texas’ jump from No. 11 to No. 4 after a win over previous No. 3 Alabama. USC also flipped spots with Ohio State to take over at No. 5. The Trojans were 53 points behind OSU in the Week 2 vote, but are now four points ahead.
