Ohio State’s most veteran safety maximized his third chance to finally breakout: Buckeye Breakfast


COLUMBUS, Ohio — The phrase ‘third time’s a charm’ is probably the best way to describe the back half of Josh Proctor’s Ohio State football career, hopefully. Proctor has now been one of the Buckeyes’ starting safeties in each of the past three seasons after spending his first three years as someone people were excited about as a backup. Each start came with some intrigue that maybe he was finally ready to live up to the hype. But the first two times around ended with him on the sidelines. “It’s all about trials and tribulations,” Proctor said. “I’m just happy to be back out here.
