COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ryan Day Ohio State is entering a pivotal week of fall camp as it approaches its first scrimmage. Quarterback is the most important position battle this offseason, but it’s not the only one which is why Saturday will be so important. The Buckeyes don’t necessarily want to come out of the weekend with a set starting 22, but they do want to at least feel like they are headed in that direction. “Today was the first day in pad for us so this week is a huge evaluation because now it’s football,” Day said. “Before it was just helmet and shoulder pads and you’re installing.
