COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State continues to make promising progress with top cornerback target Devin Sanchez. The five-star prospect released a top 10 list on Thursday via social media, which included Ohio State, Alabama, LSU, Michigan, USC, Texas, Florida State, Oklahoma, Oregon and Texas A&M. The 6-foot-2, 172-pounder out of Northshore High School in Texas is the nation’s No. 7 overall player and the No. 2 CB in the 2025 class. He is also the top-ranked player in the talent saturated Lone Star State. After recently losing the commitment of Jontae Gilbert, the Buckeyes are keen on landing the Texan. Sanchez has been building a relationship with OSU secondary coach Tim Walton since being offered Jan. 26. They talk two to three times per week.
