Five-star 2025 defensive back decommits from Buckeyes


COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Buckeyes lost a commitment from a talented defensive back Saturday, as five-star 2025 cornerback/safety Jontae Gilbert decommitted from Ohio State. Hayes Fawcett of On3 was first to break the news of Gilbert’s decommitment. Gilbert was one of two 2025 commits for the Buckeyes, alongside four-star quarterback Tavien St. Clair.
