Ohio State football’s Marvin Harrison Jr. earns Big Ten preseason honors


INDIANAPOLIS — Ohio State football’s Marvin Harrison Jr. have been selected as part of the Big Ten’s 10-man preseason honors list. The third-year wide receiver returns as arguably the conference’s best offensive player coming off of a 2022 season where he caught 77 passes for 1,263 yards and 14 touchdowns as a unanimous All-American selection Fred Biletnikoff Award finalist. Harrison serves as the Buckeyes’ only player to make the list this season, which is abnormal in comparison to the past few years where there’ve been multiple. In total the list features five people from each division with the only team getting multiple names being Michigan as the preseason favorite.
