Notre Dame beat out Ohio State and USC for a commitment from four-star linebacker Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa on Sunday. Here’s what you need to know: Viliamu-Asa officially visited all three finalists in June, and ultimately the Bellflower, Calif., native gave Notre Dame one of its biggest recruiting wins under Marcus Freeman thus far. The 6-foot-3, 230-pound Viliamu-Asa plays for St. John Bosco High School and is the No. 102 player in the country and No. 8 linebacker in the 247Sports Composite.
