According to 247Sports, Scott is a five-star prospect and No. 1 overall in the state of Illinois. Past Buckeyes selected to play in the All-American Bowl includes the likes of Marvin Harrison Jr., Ezekiel Elliott, and Terrelle Pryor. Scott will play in the annual East vs. West matchup inside the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
