Tavien St. Clair, 2025 QB, commits to Ohio State football: Buckeyes Recruiting


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State has found its 2025 quarterback in Tavien St. Clair of Bellefontaine High School ending a 10-year drought for the in-state field generals. The nation’s No. 33 player and No. 25 quarterback chose the Buckeyes from a list of 25 offers with a bulk of that coming over the past few months as the four-star has started to become a bigger name on the recruiting trail. Now he gives OSU a second 2025 commit alongside five-star safety Jontae Gilbert, who’s been committed since last August. The four-star recruit’s decision comes after spending the day on OSU’s campus participating in its 7-on-7 tournament where his school finished runner-up to Findlay High School.
