Ohio State tight end Zak Herbstreit has been released from the hospital, a school spokesperson said Wednesday. Herbstreit, a junior walk-on who is the son of longtime ESPN analyst and former Buckeyes quarterback Kirk Herbstreit, had been in stable condition at the university’s Wexner Medical Center on Tuesday while being monitored.
