© Provided by Buckeyes Now on FanNation Ohio State Buckeyes quarterback coach Corey Dennis said sophomore signal-caller Devin Brown is on track to return for the opening weekend of the 2023 season. Brown missed the 2023 Buckeyes Spring Game due to a finger injury, but Dennis says the Gilbert, Arizona native is recovering well. “He’s doing good,” Dennis said. “He’s healthy. He’s getting back. Getting back to it.” Brown is one of the two Ohio State quarterbacks currently competing for the starting job, along with junior Kyle McCord. Unlike his younger competitor, McCord was featured in the annual Spring Game and has a majority of their combined, in-game reps.
