© Provided by The Spun (via Twitter) For the longest time, the Cleveland Browns have had one of the best college football programs in the nation right in their backyard. And now it seems they’re utilizing that pipeline ahead of the 2023 season. On Tuesday, the Ohio State Buckeyes shared photos of former standouts Dawand Jones, Tanner McCalister and Ronnie Hickman as they got some work in at the Browns OTAs. Jones, a 6-foot-8, 350-pound tackle, was a fourth-round pick of the Browns this year after holding down the right side of OSU’s line for the better part of the last two seasons. As a junior, Jones earned third-team All-Big Ten honors before being selected as a second-team AP All-American his senior year.
