COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football offensive coordinator Brian Hartline called an April utility terrain vehicle crash on his property that left him hospitalized “a learning experience” but declined to go into detail about the incident. Hartline told medical personnel on the scene that he had been drinking prior to the crash, which occurred several hours after the Buckeyes’ spring game. “There’s nothing I can really say,” Hartline said. “All I will say is that in hindsight, I probably would have rather went to bed instead of rolling the side-by-side.” Recommended Buckeyes stories Hartline said any discussions he had with the team about the incident would remain in-house.
