According to ESPN’s Bill Connelly, the Buckeyes rank second in his post-spring SP+ rankings, measuring teams based on returning production, recent recruiting and recent history. With the second-best offense in the country behind USC and the 13th-ranked defense, Ohio State sits at No. 2, 0.3 points behind reigning national champion Georgia.
