The bracket is set for the ninth annual Emerald Coast Classic in Niceville, Florida. After Ohio State hosts Western Michigan in an on-campus first-round matchup as a prelude to the event on Nov. 19, the Buckeyes will take on Alabama at Raider Arena on the campus of Northwest Florida State College at 7 p.m. on Nov. 24. Oregon will face Santa Clara in the other semifinal following the OSU-Alabama matchup on Nov. 24 with a championship contest and a third-place game to follow on Nov. 25. Other teams participating in games at the event include Mercer, Tennessee State and Southeastern Louisiana. Ohio State hasn’t played Alabama since the 2002-03 season, when the Buckeyes lost to the fourth-ranked Crimson Tide by four points in a matchup on Nov. 29.
