© Provided by Buckeyes Now on FanNation Ohio State is adding another personnel member to its staff in 2023. According to reports, the Buckeyes are hiring longtime NFL coach Joe Philbin as an analyst. Philbin spent the better part of his 39-year career coaching in the NFL. Philbin, 61, served as the Miami Dolphins head coach from 2012-15. He posted a 24-28 record in three-and-half years, never finishing above 8-8. Philbin was fired four games into the 2015 season after a 1-4 start. He most recently worked for the Dallas Cowboys as the team’s offensive line coach from 2020 through last season. Philbin has also worked for teams such as the Green Bay Packers (2003-11 and 2018) and the Indianapolis Colts (2016-17). Philbin served as Green Bay’s offensive coordinator from 2007-2011, first working with Brett Favre in his final season and later helping Aaron Rodgers transform into a four-time MVP. …
