The Ohio State baseball team’s season is over, but it ended on a high note with a three-game sweep of Michigan and a winning streak of nine games. On Saturday, the Buckeyes played one of its complete games of the season with a 7-2 victory over the Wolverines. OSU committed no errors, notched ten hits, and had solid pitching en route to some momentum that can be carried into the offseason. The Buckeyes once again struck first with a sacrifice fly in the second inning to take a 1-0 lead. Cole Andrews then smashed a two-run homer in the bottom of the third inning followed by another bomb by Henry Kaczmar to extend the lead to 4-0 in back-to-back variety, and OSU was on its way.
