Another Ohio State football transfer heads to SEC, joining a long line of Buckeyes


COLUMBUS, Ohio — The SEC is officially the destination of choice for former Ohio State football players in the transfer portal. Offensive lineman Ben Christman announced his commitment to Kentucky on Sunday. He became the third former Buckeye to join the Wildcats in the past calendar year since Dec. 2021, joining defensive lineman Darrion Henry-Young and safety Jantzen Dunn. Christman entered the transfer portal on April 26, one of four players to do so following the spring game.
