Jordan Lyle, 4-star RB, commits to Ohio State football: Buckeyes Recruiting

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State is closing out April with one last commitment with the addition of Jordan Lyle of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Florida. The nation’s No. 320 player and No. 27 running back chose the Buckeyes just days after cutting a list of 29 offers down to them, Alabama, Florida State, Georgia and Miami. Doing so helps OSU check off running back on its 2024 to-do list. He joins four-star James Peoples in a two-back class that could end up being three should four-star athlete Sam Williams-Dixon also end up in the room. This latest addition helps conclude a fruitful month for OSU on the recruiting trail. The class added six commits in April and eight since March 27.
