HOUSTON — The NFL draft analyst and media speculated for months on what the Houston Texans would do when it was time to make their first selection on Thursday night in the 2023 NFL draft. The names ranged from multiple quarterbacks to a defensive lineman many believed was a can’t-miss prospect. At the end of the day, the Texans got both after they selected C.J.
