Falcons select Ohio State’s Zach Harrison 75th in 2023 NFL Draft


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Zach Harrison’s athletic upside made the Ohio State football defensive end an intriguing Day 2 pick in the NFL Draft. The Falcons pulled the trigger Friday night, taking the former five-star prospect with the 75th pick in the third round. Harrison became the fourth Buckeye selected, following first-round picks C.J. Stroud, Paris Johnson Jr. and Jaxon Smith-Njigba. He also became the program’s highest defensive selection since Pete Werner was selected 60th overall by the New Orleans Saints in the second round in 2021.
