Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud selected in the first round of the NFL draft

It’s official. After much speculation and nasty rumors, Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud becomes the third-straight starting Buckeye signal-caller to go off the board in the first round of an NFL draft when he was selected by the Houston Texans with the second overall selection on Thursday night. © Provided by Buckeyes Wire Stroud had just two years under center for Ohio State, but they were memorable ones. Not only did he make it to New York both years as a Heisman Finalist, but he will go down as one of the most accurate passers in Ohio State history. His career numbers say it all. Stroud played in 27 games for the Buckeyes, losing just four times.
