Henry Kaczmar is already a legacy at Ohio State baseball, now he's paving his own path

Objects in motion tend to stay in motion, especially when they’re named Henry Kaczmar. The 2022 Walsh Jesuit graduate and Beacon Journal Player of the Year had a fantastic senior season during which he batted .357 with five home runs, three doubles, 29 RBIs and 13 stolen bases. The shortstop is at Ohio State now and is absolutely crushing it as a freshman. “We sold him on coming here to be the shortstop from day one,” Buckeyes coach Bill Mosiello said. “He was going to have to win the job, but we knew that there wasn’t a whole lot of choices and we believe he’d be the right guy. He’s a fantastic kid with a great family.
