Ohio State football again looks into transfer portal, with no guarantee it contains help

As the spring game kicked off last Saturday, the NCAA’s spring transfer portal opened up. Originally, the second portal window was supposed to run from May 1-15. The D-I Council voted last October to move the window to April 15-30.
