Ohio State football adds 2024 tight end Max LeBlanc to recruiting class

Before Ohio State football’s spring game kicked off, the Buckeyes added a tight end to the 2024 class. Four-star Max LeBlanc announced Saturday his commitment to the Buckeyes over Michigan, Tennessee and USC. LeBlanc is the No. 13 tight end in the 2024 class per 247Sports’ composite rankings. The Chattanooga, Tennessee native is also the No. 270 player in the class. LeBlanc is Ohio State’s fifth commitment in the month of April along with quarterback Air Noland, running back James Peoples, wide receiver Mylan Graham and linebacker Payton Pierce. Ohio State initially started its 2023 class with a four-star Tennessee tight end in Ty Lockwood before he flipped to Alabama. The Buckeyes instead added four-star Jelani Thurman to the 2023 class.
