© Provided by Buckeyes Now on FanNation As the Buckeyes prepare for the upcoming campaign, which kicks off on Sept. 2 against Indiana, it’s time for coach Ryan Day to evaluate players and coaches in the annual spring game. Ryan Day finally held his press conference discussing exactly what the spring game would be this season. Speculation has been that it may be the same as last season with offense vs. defense with a modified points system. Day was worried about depth at some positions coming in, namely defensive end, and wasn’t sure if he could do a straight “Scarlet vs. Gray” scrimmage game because he wants the ability to rotate guys in and out. In the long run, Day decided offense vs. defense is the way to go. They will still play four quarters but possibly with a running clock in the fourth just to move things along. The…
