The expectations for Florida State football are high going into the 2023 season. For Seminoles’ fans, Saturday’s Garnet & Gold Spring Showcase will be the first opportunity for them to get a peek at how good they can be. The spring showcase is scheduled for 4 p.m. inside Doak Campbell Stadium, with stars like quarterback Jordan Travis, running back Trey Benson and receiver Johnny Wilson all scheduled to play, as well as defensive stars Jared Verse, Fabien Lovett and Fentrell Cypress III. The Seminoles are coming off their first 10-win season since 2016 and the first winning record under fourth-year head coach Mike Norvell.
