Ohio State Buckeyes receiver Carnell Tate is on a roll in just his first few weeks of his freshman spring camp. He lost his Black Stripe March 25 — signifying he earned his spot as a Buckeye — and Thursday he announced he has signed with Rosenhaus Sports Representation for NIL deal opportunities.
