It was believed that Peoples favored Ohio State entering the visit, but the verbal was a bit surprising so soon. The 5-foot, 11-inch, 196-pound Lone Star State star still had several visits scheduled, but he must have liked what he saw while in Columbus to go ahead and pull the trigger.
