The weekend visit, highly-anticipated as he had already set a verbal commitment date of April 8, was likely to make or break the Buckeyes chances of landing the Peach State star next weekend while in competition with Clemson, Alabama, Texas A&M, Arkansas, Miami and several others. Late Saturday, though, Noland announced his good news in receiving the Buckeye tender — with a nod to fellow Georgia native Justin Fields in his social media post.
