Although he isn’t a full-position coach, the impact that Laurinaitis will have on the group is large, considering his resume. It hasn’t taken him long to make an impact, especially on the recruiting trail. Even though he didn’t have a hand in recruiting any of the current linebackers, it seems like he has meshed well with them.
