Ohio State football observations: Who stood out in Buckeyes’ open spring practice?


Ohio State held its fifth practice of the spring Saturday afternoon, doing so in front of a host of recruits, family members and media. Here are a few takeaways from the practice, which wasn’t a full scrimmage. Instead, it was a practice with a lot of team periods mixed in Offensive line still taking shape The first thing I looked for at practice was the offensive line rotation. Regardless, at the start of practice, Zen Michalski got the first-team reps at right tackle alongside Matthew Jones at right guard, Carson Hinzman at center, Donovan Jackson at left guard and Josh Fryar at left tackle.
