COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football finally landed an offensive lineman from the transfer portal as former Louisiana Monroe starter Victor Cutler announced his commitment on Wednesday. Cutler started all 12 games at left tackle last seasons for ULM, and also started at right tackle and center earlier in his career. The 6-3, 306-pound West Monroe native will be a fifth-year senior with two years of eligibility remaining. Cutler started at least one game in each of the past three seasons. As the Warhawks’ left tackle last season he allowed eight sacks among 28 pressures on 408 pass blocking opportunities, per Pro Football Focus. Per that site, he was the team’s lowest-graded starting offensive lineman.
