It has been 20 months since Ravens running back and former Buckeye J.K. Dobbins took the field in an NFL regular season game. Dobbins suffered a torn ACL in Baltimore’s preseason finale in 2021 and didn’t play at all during the season. Dobbins also missed the first two games of this season as he continued his rehab. But on Sunday in New England, Dobbins returned to the field. He got seven carries, more than any Raven other than Lamar Jackson, for 23 yards and caught two passes for 17 yards in Baltimore’s 37-26 win. “I’m blessed to be out there,” Dobbins told reporters in a postgame interview. “I’m the type of guy that yes, I got back out there, I’m blessed, I’m happy about that.
