Ohio State football vs. Wisconsin: Live updates


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Both Ohio State football and Wisconsin are without key starters for tonight’s Big Ten Conference opener at Ohio Stadium. Buckeyes receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba was listed as unavailable for the second time in three games. He has been dealing with a hamstring injury since the season opener against Notre Dame. Starting cornerback Cam Brown is also unavailable, as is backup Jordan Hancock, who has yet to play this season. Wisconsin will face OSU’s defensive front without either of its expected starting offensive tackles. Right tackle Riley Mahlman has not played since suffering an injury in the season opener.
