COLUMBUS, Ohio — While the Ohio State football team prepares for potentially its most anticipated season-opener, it’ll also be hosting what may be the largest group of recruits Ohio Stadium’s ever seen. The Buckeyes would rather do the bulk of their recruiting visits in the summer when targets can get the full attention of coaches. But that philosophy goes out the window when a primetime game against a top-five opponent gets put on the table. It’s why almost every member of the 2023 recruiting class will be in Columbus plus an abundance of targets spread across three targets.
