Where does Ohio State football rank in the 2022 Talent Composite?


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State has constantly been among the nation’s more talented teams, and that is once again the case in 2022. The 247Sports Talent Composite rankings have been released, and the Buckeyes’ roster is worth 983.14 points, which is good enough for third nationally and first in the Big Ten. They trail Alabama’s 1,016.79 points — the only team over that threshold — and Georiga’s 989.76. OSU’s 2022 roster features 84 scholarship players, with 14 being five-stars — tied for second with Alabama — 51 four-stars and 17 three-stars for an average star rating of 92.80. Georiga holds the most five stars with 15. Clemson (12) and Texas A&M (10) are the only other programs with double-digit five-star recruits. Sophomore defensive linemen J.T.
