Justin Fields 'shines in return to the Buckeye state': How OSU players did in preseason

Justin Fields left a lasting impression in his final preseason game of the season. Facing the Cleveland Browns, the former Ohio State and current Chicago Bears quarterback completed 14 of his 16 pass attempts for 156 passing yards and threw three touchdowns: a 22-yard throw to tight end Ryan Griffin, a 12-yard pass to wide receiver Dante Pettis and a 24-yard score to tight end Cole Kmet. Fields was responsible for the Bears’ only three scores of the game, adding 11 rushing yards on two carries. The former Ohio State quarterback is the undeniable starter heading into his second season with the Bears after splitting time as a rookie with Nick Foles and Andy Dalton.
