Ohio State got a major recruiting coup late Monday night when 5-star quarterback Dylan Raiola committed to the Buckeyes for the 2024 class. Raiola, who recently transferred to Chandler High School in suburban Phoenix, is ranked eighth overall and third among quarterbacks in the 247Sports composite rankings. He is the top-rated prospect in 247Sports’ own rankings. Chris Singletary, 247Sports’ national recruiting expert, described Raiola as a “young player who has very few holes in his game even with two more years of high school left. Ahead of the curve mechanically and possesses the arm strength that puts him in elite company.” Raiola is the first commitment for Ohio State in the 2024 class.
