COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football made remembrances of Dwayne Haskins front and center for Saturday’s Spring Game at Ohio Stadium. For the final game on this turf, OSU painted the initials “DH” between the 5 and 10 yard lines on the southeast corner of the field. The team also plans to wear a helmet decal with Haskins’ initials and will show a video tribute at the end of the first half. Haskins was struck and killed by a truck on a Florida highway on April 9 at the age of 24. He was in Florida working out with other Pittsburgh Steelers players. The circumstances of the incident remain under investigation. A memorial erected by fans in the north rotunda during a candlelight vigil earlier this week will remain intact through Saturday.
