COLUMBUS, Ohio — As Ohio State football gears up to potentially land its first running back in the 2023 class, its top target is one step closer to a decision. Five-star Richard Young included the Buckeyes alongside Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, Oregon and Texas A&M as schools still in the running for him. He’s the nation’s No. 19 player and No. 2 running back.
