In case you missed the big news of the day, former Ohio State and current New Orleans Saints defensive back Malcolm Jenkins is retiring from football after 13 seasons in the NFL. It was a decorated career both in college and in the NFL. At OSU, he was a consensus All-American, Jim Thorpe Award winner, and a first-round NFL draft pick. He started his career with the New Orleans Saints, moved on to the Philadelphia Eagles, then returned to the Big Easy to finish his career. Jenkins was a steady presence at safety in the NFL, being named to three Pro Bowls and winning a Super Bowl with both the Saints and Eagles.
