'The Loyola Chicago hype train got way out of hand': Social reactions of Ohio State's win

For the first time since 2019, Ohio State basketball is advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The No. 7 seed Buckeyes beat No. 10 seed Loyola Chicago on Friday and will play the winner of the No. 2 Villanova-No. 15 Delaware game on Sunday. On Friday, Buckeyes were led by former Mr. Ohio basketball and Akron high school area star Malaki Branham in the first half and we finished with 14 points. E.J. Liddell scored 16 points for the Buckeyes The Buckeyes also saw Zed Key and Kyle Young return to action after injuries as Ohio State was close to full strength for the first time in weeks.
