What does Greg Studrawa’s departure mean for Ohio State football’s 2022 recruiting class? Buckeyes Recruiting


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Two days after becoming the first player from Wisconsin to commit to Ohio State football since the turn of the century, Carson Hinzman learned that his position coach was no longer on the staff. After six seasons, the Buckeyes parted ways with offensive line coach Greg Studrawa. Though he’d had a good track record of developing talent, his record of acquiring it at the highest level was inconsistent. None of the four players signed in the 2022 class is a top-100 recruit. Hinzman is the only member of that quartet who didn’t sign early. He instead pushed back his decision as he wrestled back and forth between Columbus and staying home to play for the Badgers.
